经常看到报道说某某又被骗子骗了多少钱，几千到几十万的都有。中国骗子伎俩有：
1.打电话或短信通知你中奖了，然后让你先交税
这种就是抓住人的贪欲心理，交点小税，赚钱大额奖金，真是天上掉馅饼啊，很划算，于是就被骗了
2.银行账户有危险，赶紧转入安全账户。
这种就是抓住大部分百姓对银行专业信息了解不够，特别是年纪大的人。一旦紧张起来，头脑空白，失去理性，就被骗子牵着鼻子走了。当然我觉得跟银行不作为有很多的关系
3.六合彩报特码
个人觉得第一个使用该手段的人特别聪明。40几个号码全部群发，总有一个号码中的。在中国大陆这么多人口中，广撒网，只要有小部分的人上当了，收入还是很客观的。对于玩六合彩的人来说，连天线宝宝都能看出特码，会觉得这个发短信的人真的很准、很神奇。于是心甘情愿的主动汇款到对方帐号。被骗后，还自我阿Q，跟输在六合彩上的钱比，那点小钱算啥呢？

相对国内骗子，国外骗子主要骗取个人信息，盗刷信用卡的比较多。比如要订哪个国际机票，然后只能刷信用卡。或是编个故事，骗个人信息。经常收到这样的邮件，讲述这么一个故事：他得癌症，有一大笔钱想捐给慈善机构，但自己的儿女不肯，然后需要你帮忙，把钱打你卡里，转慈善机构。你可以从中得25%的钱等等之类的故事。如这个邮件：
